Itinerary & Festival Information for Patrons

Congratulations on securing your ticket to Baroquefest 2025! Here is some important information to help you enjoy your time at the festival. 

Early Bird Ticket collection:

Guests can collect their A, B and C Reserve Passes from the Old Vic Inn from 4.00 – 5.30pm on Friday 19 September 2025.
Alternatively passes can be collected from All Saints Church from 7.15pm on Friday 19 September 2025 prior to the first concert. Drinks tickets will be allocated with your lanyard pass.

All Saints Church - Concert 1 and 3: Belmore St, Canowindra NSW 2804 (1km from Canowindra Town Centre) Wild Iris Vineyard (formerly Wallington Winery) - Concert 2: 82 Lawrences Rd, Nyrang Creek NSW 2804 (10 km from Canowindra Town Centre along Nangar Rd towards Eugowra - see map)

Access to Concert Venues:

All Saints Church - Arrive at venue from 7.15pm, doors open from 7:40pm, concert begins 8pm Wild Iris Vineyard (formerly Wallington Winery) - Gourmet Picnic lunch will be enjoyed by patrons from 12pm at the venue prior to the concert.
Billimari Public Hall - Traditional home baked morning tea will be enjoyed by patrons from 11am at the venue prior to the concert
Rosnay Organic - Guests to arrive at 5pm, and will be seated for the concert performance which will be followed by the dinner

For all concerts, access to the concert hall is restricted due to musician preparation. Guests are asked to socialise outside the hall until doors officially open. Special consideration will be made for those with special needs.

Food and drinks at Concerts:

Finger food will be served at Intermission at All Saints in the Church Hall at both concerts, including cheese, biscuits, pâté, olives and grapes.
Wine will be served via drink tickets or personal purchase.
A gourmet picnic box consisting of delicious delights served for lunch at Wild Iris Vineyard. Nothing delights the tastebuds more than a traditional home baked morning tea, served with tea, coffee or juice at Billimari Hall.

Wine purchases will be available at both concerts at All Saints Church Hall, Wild Iris Vineyard for Saturday lunch and Rosnay Organic Winery for Sunday dinner.

Please book your accommodation early as options are limited and fill up very quickly! More accommodation is also available in Cowra (30km) south of Canowindra, or in Orange (58km) east of Canowindra
