Itinerary & Festival Information for Patrons

Congratulations on securing your ticket to Baroquefest! Here is some important information to help you enjoy your time at the festival. 

Early Bird Ticket collection:

Guests can collect their A, B and C Reserve Passes from the Old Vic Inn from 4.00 – 5.30pm on Friday.
Alternatively passes can be collected from All Saints Church from 7.15pm on Friday prior to the first concert.

Access to Concert Venues:

All Saints Church - Arrive at venue from 7.15pm, doors open from 7:40pm, concert begins 8pm Gooloogong Log Cabin Hall - Gourmet Picnic lunch will be enjoyed by patrons from 12pm at the venue prior to the concert at 1pm.
Billimari Public Hall - Morning tea will be enjoyed by patrons from 11am at the venue prior to the concert at 12pm
Rosnay Organic - Guests to arrive from 4:30pm for pre-dinner drinks. The performance will be at 5:30pm which will be followed by dinner.

For all concerts, access to the concert hall is restricted due to musician preparation. Guests are asked to socialise outside the hall until doors officially open. Special consideration will be made for those with special needs.

Food and drinks at Concerts:

Finger food and wine will be served after the conclusion of each concert at All Saints in the Church Hall at both concerts, including cheese, biscuits, pâté, olives and grapes.
A gourmet picnic lunch by Eat Your Greens consisting of delicious delights served with wine for lunch at Gooloogong Hall
Nothing delights the tastebuds more than a Home baked morning tea at Billimari prepared by Eat Your Greens, served with tea, coffee or juice.
A Baroque themed dinner matched with Rosnay Organic Wines for Concert 5. Pre-concert drinks are included, and one free drink with dinner. Rosnay wine available to purchase during the meal as well.
